Challenge
No More Digging South-East was pleased to recently undertake a domestic solar array, commissioned by Wise Green Energy, a company which prides itself in offering an uncomplicated service advising on and installing the latest renewable energy technology into homes and businesses.
Due to conservation issues with this particular location, pouring a concrete base wasn’t an option for this customer and having used solar ground-mounted systems in a previous role, Project Manager Lewis Woolf followed a recommendation to contact No More Digging South-East.
Solution
Our team supplied and installed six RADIX PRO Ground Screws to create the strong foundations for the solar array.
Lewis’s initial concerns that the mounting kit for the solar panels wasn’t designed for ground screws were soon overcome as custom adapter plates were provided and installed by the team.
The installation went very smoothly with Lewis’s team installing the solar panels as the ground screws were put in place, so in less than a day the project was started and completed with no mess and no fuss.
